Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support a large Federal agency with archiving Relativity databases and confidential IT operations. The role demands hands-on system design, documentation, and collaboration with COR, case managers, and attorneys.

Ideal candidates will have substantial Relativity experience, ARM workflow expertise, and the ability to lead a technical team while ensuring timely, compliant deliverables and readiness for a favorable Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move)
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs
• Hands-on experience with IT systems in a government/litigations context
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments and office automation networks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving of Relativity databases and document workflows
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements
• Design systems to meet requirements and oversee project delivery
• Supervise personnel on task orders and ensure timely, compliant deliverables
• Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials
