Job summary

The role requires TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship, with responsibilities spanning end-user support, system maintenance, and software/hardware management. The position involves collaboration with on-site and remote users, occasional after-hours support, and guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications

• BA/BS (or equivalent) required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with NGA College end-user support and enterprise IT environments preferred.
• Security+ or CASP certifications preferred; ITIL v4 Foundations also desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent technical support to NGA College end-users and maintain desktop systems.
• Coordinate upgrades and resolve issues for on-site and remote users.
• Develop and implement software, hardware, and configuration solutions.
• Lead complex data backups, recovery planning, and system maintenance.
• Configure and maintain networked workstations/servers per standards.
• Train end-users on hardware/software usage and document work performed.
