Job summary

GRVTY seeks a TS/SCI cleared Systems Administrator to join our NGA College support team in Springfield, VA. You will maintain desktop systems, provide hands-on support, and coordinate upgrades for on-site and remote users to ensure reliable operation of computer systems.

You will act as a liaison for NGA events, develop technical solutions for software and hardware configurations, and lead complex data recoveries while maintaining adherence to standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Experience with Windows 7/10/11, Citrix, SMS, SCCM
• End-user hardware experience
• Knowledge of desktop image management
• Experience with E-mail/VOIP support
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as NGA College liaison for events requiring UDS IT equipment or support
• Develop technical solutions for software, hardware, configurations
• Provide troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues
• Perform advanced OS and software installations and upgrades
• Configure and maintain networked computer systems
• Lead data backups and recovery operations
• Evaluate current systems and plan long-term strategies
• Train end-users and guide junior staff
