Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Systems Administrator, Sr. (College Support) to support NGA College end-users in Springfield, VA. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and focuses on desktop operations, hardware/software troubleshooting, and VDI environments.

You will collaborate with on-site and remote users, implement software upgrades, and maintain system integrity while adhering to cybersecurity and policy standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Security+ or CASP certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent technical support to NGA College end-users and maintain desktop systems.
• Coordinate upgrades and assist both on-site and remote users to resolve issues.
• Install and upgrade operating systems and software packages.
• Configure and maintain networked computer systems and perform complex hardware/software audits.
• Lead and mentor less experienced staff and coordinate with NGA College stakeholders.
