Job summary

GDIT is hiring a Systems Administrator to support NGA College end-users, maintain desktop systems, and ensure reliable IT operations. You will work with on-site and remote users, coordinating upgrades and providing hands-on desktop support in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires BA/BS or equivalent, 8+ years of experience, and TS/SCI clearance. Location is on customer site in Springfield, VA with potential after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of experience required.
• Security+ or CASP certifications preferred.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent technical support to NGA College end-users and maintain desktop systems.
• Coordinate upgrades and hands-on support for desktop environments.
• Serve as NGA College liaison for events involving IT equipment and support.
