Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience
• Security+ or CASP certification
• ITIL v4 Foundations
• Strong communication skills and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate NGA College events and serve as a liaison for IT equipment and services.
• Lead software/hardware configurations, upgrades and system administration tasks.
• Ensure backups, data integrity, and adherence to standards.
• Document work and provide training to end-users when needed.
