Job summary

Integris is hiring a Systems Administrator to support desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments. You will handle escalations, provide advanced technical support, and mentor junior staff across multiple technologies.

The role may involve service desk, field, client site, Integris office, or remote work depending on client needs. You will collaborate with teams, develop SOPs, and contribute to knowledge bases while upholding security and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one intermediate certification is preferred. Examples including but not limited to: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102, CCNA, AI-103.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned tickets in order of SLA and resolve administrator-level issues.
• Provide advanced end-user, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud support.
• Administer and support client infrastructure environments including servers, workstations, firewalls, switches, and cloud technologies.
• Mentor Systems Technicians and contribute to documentation and SOPs.
• Follow ITIL concepts and SOPs, and create SOPs for future use as needed.
