Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise hardware, software, cloud, and hybrid environments for performance and availability.
• Manage enterprise infrastructure and ensure integration across applications and platforms.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID including RBAC and access governance.
• Provide operational support via ServiceNow processes for incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, systems, and application issues across distributed environments.
