Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is hiring a Senior System Administrator to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment. You will oversee stable operation of core IT systems, network infrastructure, and application services across multiple locations.

The role requires strong expertise in Windows Server administration, vulnerability management, automation, and leading technical teams.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a technical discipline.
• Ten (10) years specialized experience in Information Processing with hands-on Windows Server Administration.
• DOD 8140 baseline certification - IAT Level II or Level III.
• Computing Environment certification: Cloud or Microsoft Operating system certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and reliable operation of in-house software systems, network infrastructure and communication links.
• Plan, configure, maintain, and optimize network software and information management systems.
• Develop and use automated tools and scripts to improve IT operations and efficiency.
• Provide end-user training and remote maintenance support across multiple locations.
• Direct system administrators in day-to-day tasks and capacity planning.
• Apply vulnerability management and ensure security, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems.
