Job summary

Eagle One Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead enterprise IT services across back-office, public-facing, and research computing environments.

This role ensures availability, security, and performance of hybrid infrastructure and coordinates incident response and service delivery. The position requires seven years of experience, a bachelor’s in a technical field, and strong skills in Entra ID, ServiceNow, and cloud/on-premises integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related technical field.
• 7+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure administration experience.
• Experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience with Entra ID and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
• Ability to obtain government clearance if applicable.
• Preferred: Microsoft certifications and cybersecurity familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise hardware, software, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Manage enterprise infrastructure and integrations across systems.
• Administer Entra ID and RBAC access controls.
• Provide ServiceNow-based incident response and service delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Develop technical documentation and SOPs.
• Mentor junior administrators and support personnel.
