S&C Electric Company is seeking a Lead Systems Administrator to provide senior technical leadership for enterprise infrastructure, including Azure environments, on-premise data centers, Microsoft 365, and identity services. The role emphasizes security, reliability, and continuous improvement across IT operations.

You will mentor team members, guide technology roadmaps, and collaborate with Cyber Security and business units to deliver dependable services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level experience supporting enterprise IT environments and leading complex technical initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and disaster recovery practices.
• Experience with Azure administration, including VMs, storage, networking, monitoring, governance, security controls, and hybrid management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, implementation, administration, monitoring, and improvement of enterprise infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and business continuity.
• Mentor staff, set technical direction, and coordinate with Cyber Security and other IT teams.
• Develop standards, runbooks, documentation, and operational procedures; drive automation and efficiency.

Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
