Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a government contractor providing strategic IT services for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Senior Systems Administrator for a remote opportunity.

The role focuses on stable operation and optimization of enterprise systems, application networking, security, and end-user support across multiple locations. Strong communication and leadership will be essential for success in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems administration principles including installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise systems.
• Experience administering CPM platforms and applying network security best practices.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Qlik or Power BI for dashboards and reports.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations and communicate complex information to senior leadership.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to train end users.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience supporting IT systems across multiple locations and remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of software systems and network infrastructure across locations.
• Provide remote and local maintenance, upgrades, and new installations.
• Apply advanced expertise in application networking, load balancing, fault tolerance and vulnerability management.
• Develop dashboards and reports to analyze operational data for leadership.
• Deliver executive briefings and strategic IT recommendations to stakeholders.
• Offer outstanding customer service and end-user training as needed.
