Job summary

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join our remote team in the USA. The role focuses on advanced support for enterprise apps, primarily DocuSign services and related backend systems, with responsibilities spanning incident management, workflow coordination, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years supporting enterprise applications, experience with ServiceNow and Jira, and a solid background in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

Must have DocuSign administration and support experience.
Must have enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
Must have ServiceNow, Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management experience.
Project and work management experience with Jira, Agile methodologies and Scrum.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier II and Tier III support for enterprise business applications.
Troubleshoot application issues affecting end users.
Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve backend failures and improve service health.
Manage ServiceNow incidents, requests, and problem records; track SLA compliance.
Create and manage Jira stories, tasks, and epics; document troubleshooting activities.
