Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior System Administrator to own and support enterprise applications, both SaaS and on-prem. You will partner with end users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure performance, availability, and upgrades, becoming the go-to SME for critical apps with varied documentation.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage lifecycle activities, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams, maintaining strong technical documentation and support processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SaaS and Windows-based applications in enterprise settings.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and implement stable production changes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact and technical owner for assigned applications.
• Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and authentication issues.
• Manage installations, upgrades, patches, and vendor updates.
• Monitor system health, respond to outages, perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate enhancements before deployment.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, DB, EA, and vendors for integrations.
• Create and maintain technical docs, support procedures, and KB articles.
• Assist with testing, automation, and validation of new functionality.
