Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced DocuSign Application Specialist to support and administer DocuSign as an enterprise-level eSignature platform, including integrations, validation, and global business support.

The role will drive the migration from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign, design and maintain templates/workflows, integrate with Salesforce and Power Automate, and ensure compliant, auditable eSignature solutions across regulated environments.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms, with hands-on DocuSign experience.
Deep expertise in DocuSign Templates, PowerForms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting.
Experience integrating DocuSign using REST APIs.
Experience configuring SSO using SAML 2.0 and OAuth.
Strong experience in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11).

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and support DocuSign eSignature and CLM in an enterprise environment.
Design, build, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, PowerForms, envelopes, and reporting.
Develop and support DocuSign APIs and integrations with CRMs and Power Platform.
Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML and OAuth.
Work with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Coordinate with DocuSign vendor support to resolve tickets.
Support migrations and platform upgrades; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
