Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced DocuSign Application Specialist to support and administer DocuSign as an enterprise-level eSignature platform, including integrations, validation, and global business support.

The role will drive the migration from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign, design and maintain templates/workflows, integrate with Salesforce and Power Automate, and ensure compliant, auditable eSignature solutions across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms, with hands-on DocuSign experience.
• Deep expertise in DocuSign Templates, PowerForms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting.
• Experience integrating DocuSign using REST APIs.
• Experience configuring SSO using SAML 2.0 and OAuth.
• Strong experience in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11).

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support DocuSign eSignature and CLM in an enterprise environment.
• Design, build, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, PowerForms, envelopes, and reporting.
• Develop and support DocuSign APIs and integrations with CRMs and Power Platform.
• Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML and OAuth.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with DocuSign vendor support to resolve tickets.
• Support migrations and platform upgrades; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
