Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of directly related experience with syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial lending experience required.
• Experience with Loan IQ strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day servicing needs for a portfolio of syndicated loans.
• Administers and services syndicated/participated loan activities, including advances, payments, rate pricing, and fees.
• Resolves loan-related issues, handles complex client inquiries, and identifies escalated problem loans.
• Manages external client issues for various loan structures and technology implementations.
• Assists in communicating needs with internal and external clients.
• Reads and interprets commercial loan agreements and legal documents as necessary.
• May allocate and coordinate work within a team and apply industry expertise.
• Solves complex problems based on knowledge of the loan system.
• Provides technical assistance and operational support to junior client processing professionals.
