Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage daily servicing for a portfolio of syndicated loans in a fast-paced environment. You will administer loan activities, including advances, payments, and rate pricing, while addressing complex client inquiries and problem loans.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of syndicated lending experience, with strong Loan IQ proficiency and the ability to guide junior staff under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of directly related experience with syndicated loans and/or comparable commercial lending experience required.
• Experience with Loan IQ strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead, provide guidance, and work under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day servicing needs for a portfolio of syndicated loans.
• Administers and services syndicated and/or participated loan activities, including handling advances, payments, rate pricing, and fees.
• Researches and resolves loan-related issues, handles complex client inquiries and requests, and identifies, investigates, and resolves escalated and/or complex problem loans.
• Manages complex external client issues, including ongoing client servicing for various loan structures, operational issue resolution, and technology implementations.
• Assists in communicating needs and issues with internal and external clients.
• Provides technical assistance and operational support to junior-level client processing professionals.
