United Community seeks a capable professional to manage day-to-day Syndicated Servicing activities and support loan boarding to our core system. The role involves handling complex tasks, coordinating with managers, and ensuring compliance with bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a college degree, 3+ years of experience in loan operations, and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3 years minimal experience, 5+ years preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstratable knowledge of Retail loan documentation requirements.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
• Basic knowledge performing quality assurance reviews of various loan operations functions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Organizational and time management skills; ability to balance competing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and displays analytical and administrative abilities, critical thinking, communication, and organization skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills without direct guidance.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex administrative tasks with significant judgment in support of a team.
• Gather, interpret, and transcribe information for loan boarding packages per guidelines.
• Process complex boarding requests and complete loan research in compliance with guidelines.
• Assist Account Officers with loan booking and maintenance questions.
• Provide world-class service to internal and external clients with urgency and accuracy.
• Meet production and quality metrics; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Assist with training and updating procedures; participate in change management as needed.
• Contribute to monthly one-on-ones with Managers; may train other employees.
