Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Strong proficiency with Loan IQ and related systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Collaboration with Risk, Audit, Compliance and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day loan operations activities, including onboarding, advances, payments, renewals, modifications and payoffs.
• Back up Team Lead during absences and mentor junior staff.
• Process loan transactions using Loan IQ, including faxes, emails, mail, rate changes and interest/fee calculations.
• Match incoming cash and ensure release of outgoing cash for all processed transactions.
• Interpret Credit Agreements and related documents, and update systems accordingly.
• Prepare departmental reports and participate in system testing and enhancements.
