Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with substantial sustainability experience in a large, complex organization.
• Technical knowledge across climate/GHG accounting, Scope 3, nature/biodiversity, and product sustainability regulations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate technical content into executive-ready narratives.
• Strong analytical and data management skills to track performance and drive decision-making.
• Experience developing and delivering sustainability playbooks and training for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs, including Scope 3 emissions reduction and responsible supply chain initiatives.
• Manage Pfizer's Scope 3 program with cross-functional coordination and progress tracking.
• Partner with External Supply and Procurement to advance net zero for suppliers and CMOs.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate sustainability KPIs to support decision-making and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business processes.
