Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Sustainability Operations professional to lead multi-site energy and sustainability programs. You will partner with the client’s sustainability team and JLL colleagues to drive energy, water, and waste reduction across the real estate portfolio.

You will apply data analytics, implement improvements, and monitor KPIs, ensuring transparent reporting and client alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and building systems.
• Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives in real estate.
• Ability to conduct remote energy audits and analyze data to drive savings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimize energy and sustainability programs with the client’s team.
• Lead program governance, reporting, and KPI tracking across the real estate portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive cost savings.
• Incorporate AI tools to identify opportunities and communicate outcomes clearly.
