Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Project Manager for Sustainable Buildings to lead transformative sustainability projects, driving green certifications (LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon) and delivering strategic solutions for premier global clients. You will manage client relationships, design charrettes, and coordinate documentation across multiple teams.

This on-site role requires 3–6 years in real estate sustainability, relevant degrees, and credentials (LEED/WELL/Fitwel).

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, or energy efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field with strong academic record.
• LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, design charrettes, and presentations communicating sustainability strategies and project progress.
• Develop and complete documentation, plans, and calculations to achieve green building certifications (LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon, Fitwel).
• Track sustainability metrics and provide reports to design teams, owners, and contractors.
• Manage project financials including setup, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and technical documentation; address issues proactively.
• Conduct site visits during construction to verify conformance with sustainable design specifications.
• Support project executives on large, complex assignments requiring advanced sustainability knowledge.
