Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager for Sustainable Buildings to lead transformative sustainability projects in commercial real estate. You’ll drive green building certifications and manage construction sustainability initiatives while delivering strategic solutions for global clients.

You will work with the Sustainability Consulting team to monitor metrics, manage budgets, and present progress to owners and contractors, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery in

Qualifications

• BA/BS in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or related field with strong academic record.
• LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador certification preferred.
• Experience with project management technology tools and adapting to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, design charrettes, and presentations to communicate sustainability strategies and project progress.
• Develop and complete documentation, plans, and calculations to achieve green building certifications (LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon, Fitwel).
• Track sustainability metrics and provide written and oral reports to design teams, owners, and contractors.
• Manage project financials including setup, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and technical documentation while addressing issues.
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress and verify conformance to sustainable design.
