Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Arlington, VA / Seattle, WA is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support energy, water, and waste programs. You will transform data into actionable insights, quantify program impact, and monitor KPI performance to drive decision making and client outcomes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data handling of large datasets, and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in similar analyst role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data set management.
• Preferred proficiency in Smartsheets, SQL, Python, VBA Macros, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and describe data anomalies and provide solutions accordingly.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• A strong desire to deliver a quality outcome for the client and end users.
• Experience and understanding of sustainability and carbon emissions reporting will be a strong advantage.
• Project management experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sustainability team, specific to energy, water, and waste program goals, collaborating with team members as needed
• Quantify impact of programs and policies
• Improve data collection and monitoring processes to support analytics
• Ensure adherence and on-going tracking of results
• Monitor financial performance of all initiatives
• Track and communicate success stories to raise awareness of the sustainability program
