Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior sustainability operations lead to develop and manage an energy and sustainability program for a major client. You will work directly with the client and internal teams to drive energy savings, optimize building performance, and deliver cost reductions across real estate portfolios.

The role requires deep HVAC and building systems knowledge, strong data analytics, and the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an energy and sustainability program in collaboration with the client’s team.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across JLL teams to deliver sustainability initiatives.
• Track data, monitor performance, and produce regular ESG and cost reports.
• Engage with facility managers and energy champions to drive improvements.
• Assess feasibility of energy efficiency opportunities and guide program delivery.
