JLL is seeking a senior sustainability program lead to develop and implement energy and resource efficiency strategies across client real estate portfolios. You will drive savings, coordinate with IFM and sustainability teams, and ensure practical integration into day-to-day operations.

This remote US role requires deep experience in building systems, energy analytics, and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering measurable environmental and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree in science, engineering, math, or related field.
• Certified Energy Manager (AEE) credential is a plus.
• 10+ years in sustainable operations, engineering, or facilities management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive programs across large organizations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead multi-faceted sustainability programs with the client’s team.
• Coordinate across JLL workstreams to meet KPIs and drive energy savings.
• Monitor data, report progress, and adjust strategies for cost reduction.
• Lead strategic planning, retro-commissioning, and certifications where applicable.
• Engage with stakeholders, executives, and clients to secure buy-in and alignment.
• Ensure integration of sustainability into real estate lifecycle and operations.
