Qualifications

• CEM credential required; degree in a technical field.
• At least 10+ years in sustainable operations or related facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of sustainability programs focused on energy, water, and waste across client sites.
• Conduct remote energy audits by reviewing building management systems and proposing actionable plans.
• Manage data collection and KPI reporting for energy, water, and waste performance.
• Coordinate with JLL teams and client stakeholders to remove blockers and drive adoption of programs.
• Develop and secure incentives and leverage sustainability platforms to monitor savings.
