Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience or higher degrees with relevant experience.
• Experience developing corporate sustainability programs in a large, matrixed org.
• Technical knowledge across climate, GHG accounting and Scope 3 workflows.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and data management skills.
• Independent with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication to present technical content to executives.
• Experience delivering sustainability training and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies including Scope 3 and biodiversity.
• Manage Pfizer’s Scope 3 program across cross-functional workstreams.
• Collaborate with External Supply and Procurement to advance net zero with suppliers.
• Track and communicate sustainability performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to advance sustainability objectives.
• Monitor frameworks and industry trends and plan responses.
• Develop governance, risk assessments, and compliance programs.
• Create playbooks, training, and decision-support tools.
• Engage in external sustainability initiatives and thought leadership.
• Serve as environmental sustainability SME to colleagues.
