Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong command of written English for drafting survey instruments and outputs.
• Advanced proficiency with Qualtrics survey programming and complex logic.
• Experience analyzing survey data and translating results for applied audiences.
• Ability to use AI tools judiciously with good judgment in evaluating outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in higher education research contexts preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Excellent collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine higher education survey instruments to translate objectives into analytic data.
• Write clear, unbiased survey questions aligned with research best practices.
• Program standard and complex surveys in Qualtrics with advanced logic.
• Apply data quality controls throughout the survey lifecycle.
• Incorporate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while validating outputs.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with standardized templates.
• Analyze survey data using segmentation, cross-tabulation, and descriptives.
• Produce clear charts, tables and summaries for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Research Directors and Content Directors for alignment.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements with new tools and workflows.
