Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of survey projects from initiation through completion in Wall Township, NJ. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with engineers and clients, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and provide technical guidance within our multidisciplinary surveying team.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree, 8+ years of surveying experience, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a valid

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive surveying experience including project management.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage surveying projects from initiation through completion (scope, schedule, budget, staffing, deliverables).
• Serve as primary contact for clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Prepare and review proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, schedules, and contracts.
• Coordinate field survey activities and ensure accurate data collection.
