Job summary

Control Point Associates, a leading surveying firm in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex land surveying projects from our Warren, NJ office. You will oversee field crews, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients across construction and development teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of survey experience, 4+ years in construction surveying, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. PLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of survey experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in construction surveying.
• Experience with vertical construction techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surveying activities including staff, resources, and client communication.
• Provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Quality control of survey documents and plans.
• Manage project budgets and invoicing coordination.
• Lead business development and client relationships.
• Develop and mentor staff.
