Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Municipal Services Department at its Wall Township, NJ headquarters. You will lead municipal infrastructure projects from planning through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with municipal clients.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in municipal engineering, a NJ PE license, and proven leadership with strong communication. Travel to project sites and client meetings are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading municipal/public infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in design software and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and lead client/public meetings.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction administration.
• Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with codes and agency requirements.
• Mentor and guide engineering staff.
