Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Civil/Site Department in Wall Township, NJ. This role focuses on leading complex site engineering and land development projects, managing client relationships, and overseeing proposals and budgets.

The successful candidate will require 10+ years in site engineering, a NJ-licensed PE, and proven ability to testify before municipal boards to support project approvals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Site Engineering and Land Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of New Jersey.
• Must have experience testifying before municipal Boards as an expert witness to advance project approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead client development efforts and oversee proposals and project financial performance.
• Manage risk and QA/QC and cross-sell multidisciplinary services.
• Establish project work plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinate staffing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey
