Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Florida) is required.
• 8–10 years of FDOT Survey experience is required.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states is preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Must be safety oriented and capable of passing a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a survey team with client relations.
• Manage project budgets and win work for the region.
• Lead the survey team to meet schedules and client requests.
• Coordinate and manage outside survey subcontractors.
• Implement QA/QC for final deliverables.
• Develop proposals and write scopes of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
