Formación

• Two years of demonstrated surgical technologist experience in multiple specialties in an acute care facility.
• Successful completion of an accredited course in surgical technology
• BLS Required
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English, and understanding of medical terminology

Responsabilidades

• Assist with direct patient care during procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Prepare and stock the OR, gather sterile supplies and maintain aseptic technique.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and participate on departmental committees.
