Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Senior Equipment Specialist to drive new business within the Phoenix surgical market. You will develop annual plans, forecast pipelines, and meet revenue targets while maintaining strong clinical and technical knowledge.

Requirements include a four-year degree and 5+ years of sales experience. You will negotiate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with service teams. Travel and a valid driver's license are required; base salary is $100,000 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Five+ years of sales experience.
• High level of technical/clinical product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GMP/ISO 9001 compliance and follow laws.
• Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit quotas.
• Conduct scheduled demonstrations to surgeons and OR staff.
• Collaborate with team for lead sharing and post-sale account management.
• Maintain territory records and analyze results.
• Educate surgeons and staff on operation and application of products.
• Provide timely communications to management and manage cost center.
• Maintain SFDC reports and forecasts.
