Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Senior Equipment Specialist for a remote role covering the Northwest region of the United States. You will generate new business, forecast monthly pipeline, and meet territory revenue and profit targets while maintaining a tight expense budget.

You must possess a strong technical/clinical product knowledge base, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with surgeons and operating room staff.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Five plus (5+) years’ sales experience.
• High level of technical/clinical product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet and database management.
• Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills.
• Develop expertise in product application and practice management implications.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid motor vehicle license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain currency of and adhere to GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
• Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit quotas for the region while managing expenses.
• Make scheduled personalized sales demonstrations to surgeons, OR staff, and administrators.
• Work effectively in a team environment to ensure lead sharing.
• Maintain territory records and SFDC dashboards and updates.
