Job summary

ZEISS Meditec Inc. is seeking a Senior Posterior Consumable Specialist to protect the installed base, drive consumables sales, and grow the territory across AZ, NM, El Paso, TX, and Las Vegas, NV.

You will develop an annual business plan, achieve revenue quotas, conduct personalized demonstrations for surgeons and OR staff, and collaborate with field service teams. A 4-year degree and 5+ years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong technical/clinical product knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and databases.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
• Demonstrate products to surgeons and OR staff.
• Manage installed base, protect consumables and secure new business.
• Develop annual business plan and forecast pipeline.
• Maintain SFDC reports and related tools.
