Job summary

ZEISS Meditec Inc. is seeking a Senior Equipment Specialist to drive capital equipment sales in a defined Arizona region.

You will develop annual plans, forecast the pipeline, and deliver demonstrations to surgeons and OR staff while maintaining a high level of clinical and technical product knowledge. You will report weekly, work within GMP/ISO standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years' sales experience.
• High level of technical/ clinical product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain currency of GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
• Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit quotas for region.
• Conduct personalized sales demonstrations to surgeons and staff.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure account management after sale.
• Maintain territory records and analyze results.
• Educate clinicians on operation and application of products.
• Provide timely written and oral communications to management.
• Maintain SFDC dashboards and update opportunities and leads.
