ZEISS Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive new business equipment sales in a North Carolina territory, covering Charlotte or Raleigh. You will maintain CRM records, deliver product demonstrations to surgeons and OR staff, and forecast monthly pipeline while exceeding revenue targets.

You should bring 5+ years of sales in capital equipment, strong technical knowledge of surgical devices, and excellent negotiation skills to build lasting customer relationships and optimize patient

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in capital equipment or related field.
• Strong technical/clinical product knowledge for surgical equipment.
• Excellent negotiating and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business equipment sales and profits (P&L) within a defined North Carolina territory.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue and profit quotas while managing expenses.
• Conduct scheduled personalized product demonstrations to surgeons and OR staff.
• Maintain territory records, plan, execute, and measure results with SFDC.
• Educate customers on operation, utilization, and application of ZEISS products to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide timely written and oral communications to management on monthly activity and forecast.
• Develop and implement synergy opportunities with other ZEISS entities and partners.
• Contribute to marketing strategies tailored to regional demand.
