Zusammenfassung

ZEISS Meditec Inc. is seeking a Senior Posterior Consumable Specialist to protect the installed base and drive new consumables and liquids sales.

You will forecast monthly pipelines, develop annual plans, and work with surgeons, OR staff, and administrators to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong technical background, field sales prowess, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Five plus (5+) years' sales experience.
• High level of technical/clinical product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet and database management.
• Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills.
• Develop expertise in product application and practice management implications.

Aufgaben

• Maintain currency of GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures; adhere to employment laws.
• Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit quotas for region of responsibility; manage within budget.
• Collaborate in a team to share leads, protect installed base, and develop new consumables/liquids sales.
• Conduct scheduled personalized sales demonstrations to surgeons and OR staff.
• Maintain territory records and analyze results to plan and measure outcomes.
• Educate surgeons and staff on operation, utilization, and application of products for satisfaction.
• Provide timely and accurate communication to management; manage costs, inventory, and receivables.
• Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, and updates for opportunities and leads.
