Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Five plus (5+) years’ sales experience.
• High level of technical/ clinical product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet and database management.
• Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills.
• Develop expertise in product application and practice management implications.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid motor vehicle license.

Aufgaben

• Maintain currency of and adhere to GMP and ISO 9001 processes.
• Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit quotas for the region.
• Work in a team to ensure lead sharing and account development.
• Make scheduled personalized sales demonstrations to surgeons and OR staff.
• Maintain territory records and plan, execute, and measure results.
• Educate surgeons and staff on operation and application of the product.
• Provide timely written and oral communications to management.
• Operate a cost center to control sales, expenses, and AR.
• Maintain SFDC reports and dashboards for opportunities and leads.
• Develop synergy opportunities with ZEISS and partners.
