Job summary

The Senior Posterior Consumable Specialist role with ZEISS Group is centered in Phoenix, AZ, covering AZ, NM, El Paso, and Las Vegas. You will protect installed base, drive consumables sales, and build a robust yearly plan and pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical sales experience, solid product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working in a team. You will report to leadership and contribute to market strategy.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Five+ years of sales experience.
• Strong technical/clinical product knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the installed base; generate new consumables sales.
• Meet or exceed annual sales quota within region.
• Develop annual business plan and forecast monthly pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations for surgeons and OR staff.
• Maintain territory records and SFDC dashboards.
• Collaborate across Zeiss entities and partners on programs.
