Oracle is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to investigate and resolve complex product-data issues that block hardware onboarding into Oracle data centers. You will act as a technical contact for operational support and collaborate with global manufacturing partners, Product Engineering, and Data Centre Operations.

You will drive root-cause analysis, propose corrective actions, and push for systemic improvements while participating in a follow-the-sun support model, including occasional weekend

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex product-data issues that prevent hardware onboarding.
• Act as technical point of contact for operational support.
• Collaborate with Oracle's global manufacturing partners, Product Engineering, Data Centre Operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify root causes and drive timely resolution of critical operational incidents.
• Participate in a follow-the-sun support model with scheduled weekend and after-hours coverage.
