Oracle US is seeking a Datacenter Operations professional to manage break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration, and proactive change control. You will mentor technicians, implement solutions, and ensure SOPs/MOPs compliance across data center environments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams and colocation partners, validating cabling and connectivity, and escalating trends while maintaining SLAs.

• Validates cabling, checking network environment build and connectivity is established, verifying devices are connected and error free.
• Leads collaboration with project teams/colocation partners to properly test and validate installations, operation, and performance of electrical/mechanical systems.
