Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supply Quality Engineer to join the Arsenal-1 team, defining processes that deliver high-quality hardware assemblies and sub-assemblies across Anduril's portfolio. You will partner with design and supplier teams to ensure quality first time and drive supplier development.

The role requires AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, FMEA/PPAP experience, GD&T, and the ability to travel up to 50%. U.S. TS/SCI clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or similar technical field.
• Experience across hardware commodity areas (machined parts, fabrications, electromechanical assemblies, etc.).
• Experience scaling supplier capabilities from prototype to high-rate production.
• AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS knowledge; AS9100 Lead/Internal Auditor Certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience performing First Article Inspection to AS9102 and ensuring control plans.
• Experience driving supplier performance, SOW, IP, and ITAR regulations.
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements (MSA, GD&T).
• Strong ownership mindset; able to drive projects end-to-end.
• Analytical with data mining, metrics, RCCA/SCAR experience.
• U.S. TS/SCI security clearance and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to support design development, provide manufacturability feedback, and generate product data for supplier quality success.
• Apply knowledge across machining, fabrication, electromechanical assembly, special processes, and inspection to support design and scale designs for production.
• Drive supplier quality development throughout product stages with design reviews, supplier process development, testing, and qualification.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering and sourcing teams to ensure predictable supply and manage deviations for supplier performance.
• Lead supplier qualification activities (PPAP, FAIR, audits, inspection development).
• Audit supplier quality performance and drive SCAR processes and containment actions.
