Job summary

Anduril Industries in California is seeking a Senior Supply Quality Engineer to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality hardware assemblies across the product portfolio. You will collaborate with design teams and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met from concept through production, driving corrective actions, audits, and PPAP readiness.

This role requires AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, FMEA/APQP experience, and travel up to 50% to supplier sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or similar technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments across one or more hardware commodity areas.
• Experience in scaling supplier capabilities from prototype to high-rate production.
• AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS knowledge; Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
• Experience performing FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements (MSA, GD&T).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to supplier sites and manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to provide manufacturability feedback and generate product data.
• Lead supplier quality development across product stages, including design reviews and supplier process development.
• Review supplier processes to ensure alignment with product requirements.
• Drive supplier readiness for RCCA, MRB, SCAR, and containment actions.
• Audit supplier Quality Management System and support supplier onsite audits.
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing and Product Engineering to improve supplier performance.
• Own supplier risk reduction through audits, readiness reviews, and documentation.
• Support RCCA/MRB activities and containment actions from purchased goods.
• Document lessons learned and share with product teams.
• Review supplier effectiveness of actions and drive corrective actions.
