Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Supply Quality Engineer to define, develop, and execute processes that ensure high-quality hardware assemblies and sub-assemblies across the product portfolio. You will collaborate with design teams and suppliers to meet quality requirements from first pass.

The role requires experience in manufactur­ing across hardware commodities, knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS, and the ability to drive supplier readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or similar technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments across hardware commodity areas (machined parts, fabrications, electromechanical assemblies, etc.).
• Experience scaling supplier quality from prototype to high-rate production; aerospace/defense experience a plus.
• AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS knowledge; Lead Auditor certification a plus.
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements including MSA and GD&T.
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI clearance.

Responsabilités

• Partner with design teams to support manufacturability feedback and generate product data for supplier quality success.
• Drive supplier quality development across design reviews, process development, testing, and qualification for components and sub-assemblies.
• Lead supplier qualification activities (PPAP, audits, inspection development) and ensure compliance with product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sourcing, program management) to deliver predictable supply.
• Audit supplier Quality Management Systems and drive containment actions (RCCA/MRB).
• Review supplier effectiveness and document lessons learned to improve overall performance.
• Travel up to 50% to suppliers, sourcing partners, and manufacturing locations.
