Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Supply Quality Engineer to shape and drive supplier quality across hardware assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability and lead supplier process development, testing, and qualification for production.

You will own RCCA/SCAR processes, monitor supplier performance, and audit supplier QMS compliance. A TS/SCI clearance is required or obtainable, and 50% travel to suppliers is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or similar field.
• Experience in hardware manufacturing and supplier quality development.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and aerospace/defense supply chains.
• Ability to drive PPAP, FMEA, APQP, and statistics in supplier programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to suppliers and factories.
