Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to drive quality across the supplier base for Sentry, coordinating design reviews, PPAP, audits, and supplier development activities. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and program management to ensure compliant, on-time supply of PCBA, structures/power, radar, and imaging components.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, aerospace/defense experience, ITAR familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in aerospace/defense hardware across PCBA, structures/power, radar, or imaging.
Experience driving supplier performance and SOW/PPAP knowledge.
Familiar with FMEA, APQP, MSAs, GD&T.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
U.S. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Develop supplier quality processes across product development stages with design reviews and qualification.
Provide technical manufacturing and outsourcing process expertise across commodities.
Collaborate with engineering and program management to deliver supply readiness.
Lead supplier qualification activities (PPAP, FAIR, MSA, Audit, PFMEA, AS9102).
Audit suppliers' Quality Management Systems and documentation.
Lead supplier onsite audits and reviews for contract deliverables.
Drive supplier risk elimination across lifecycle.
